By proceeding with a reservation at Digantaa, you agree to the following terms:
All bookings are made directly with the hotel.
Guests are advised to review the applicable booking and cancellation policies at the time of reservation. Any modifications or cancellations may incur charges as specified under the selected rate plan.
A valid government-issued identification and the original form of payment may be required at the time of check-in for verification purposes.
Any services or inclusions not expressly listed as part of the booking may be charged additionally.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
For refundable reservations, cancellations will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy. Refunds may take between two to four weeks to reflect in your account, depending on banking timelines. Applicable bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted during the refund process.
